1. This refund policy only applies if a "Return Request" is made within 5 days of receiving the product/s.


2. This facility is only available for products received through "www.chemmanurinternational.com" portal and CHEMMANUR GOLD PALACE INTERNATIONAL stores.


3. CHEMMANUR GOLD PALACE INTERNATIONAL LTD will provide the customer with a “Returnable Packaging Kit” upon delivery of the product. We ask customers to only use this kit to pack the product when they want to return the product (please refer to the instructions included with the package for more details on returning the product). The products so packed should be handed over only to the personnel of the authorized logistics partner of CHEMMANUR GOLD PALACE INTERNATIONAL LTD and CHEMMANUR GOLD PALACE INTERNATIONAL LTD showrooms (such logistics partner details will be available on the portal when the customer makes a return request). It is also recommended to collect the shipment's Air Waybill data for future reference.


4. Customers must film the whole process of packing the returned item and handing it to the courier for future reference in case of any dispute). CHEMMANUR GOLD PALACE INTERNATIONAL LTD reserves the right NOT to accept such products which are returned without following the above instructions. Further, CHEMMANUR GOLD PALACE INTERNATIONAL LTD will not accept damaged/unauthorized packages.


5. This Refund Policy does not apply to Customized Ornaments / Gold Nose pins / Gemstones / Gold Coin / Gold Bar / Silver Coin / Silver Bar / Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards and Digital Gift Cards.


6. Refunds are subject to quality and weight confirmation by our qualified quality assurance team. The amount will be refunded to the customer within 10 working days of receiving the undamaged product back with us.


7. In order to claim a return or return a missing item or accessory in the shipment, the customer is required to share a video proof of unboxing.


8. During the sale return transaction, the amount paid through the gift card will be credited to your wallet and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before invoicing the ordered product, the customer can cancel the order by logging into their www.chemmanurinternational.com account or by informing their jewelry manager. Cancellation is not possible once the product has been invoiced.
  • Once the cancellation process is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation email on the registered email ID. The amount will be refunded back to the same payment method within 10 working days.
  • If the customer has any queries, the team of CHEMMANUR GOLD PALACE INTERNATIONAL LTD will be happy to answer the same before initiating the cancellation request.
  • CHEMMANUR GOLD PALACE INTERNATIONAL LTD reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel an order at any particular time.
  • Cancellations before shipping will incur a cancellation fee of 1.8% and the remaining 98.2% will be returned to the source account.
  • These cancellation terms do not apply to Customized ornaments / Gold Coin / Gold Bar / Silver Coin / Silver Bar / Gift Cards and Digital Gift Cards.
  • If the amount is deducted from the customer's account and the transaction fails, it will be refunded back to your account within 72 hours
